Axiom Worldwide has created cervical decompression devices that allow healthcare providers to treat their patients’ neck pain non-surgically.
At Axiom Worldwide, we have created a number of non-surgical medical products, including the DRX9000C™.
The DRX9000C™ can be added to any existing DRX9000 True Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression System™ or purchased as a combination system. The DRX9000C™ relieves patients’ neck (cervical) pain through a detachable headrest.
Axiom Worldwide’s DRX9000C™ is an effective option for treating:
• Herniated discs
• Degenerative disc disease
• Bulging discs
The Axiom Disc Distractor™ features a contoured anterior insert for abdominal support and a 5-degree of lordosis posterior insert for stability and support without interfering with daily activities. This modular back orthosis may be used with or without the rigid inserts, additionally the inserts may be heat molded to meet the needs of the individual patient. Also included is an anatomically designed posterior gel inserts that provides the therapeutic benefits of cold or heat therapy.
The Axiom Disc Distractor™ is manufactured from soft breathable lightweight fabric that ensures a comfortable and cool fit and encourages patient compliance. It is indicated for use in the treatment of chronic back pain, lumbar muscle and ligamentus strains and sprains, discogenic disc disease, postural support or post-surgical. This versatile back orthosis is simple to use and it’s modular design allows it to be used throughout the continuum of care.
Stand-alone Cervical Unit
Axiom Worldwide’s line of decompression devices includes the DRX9500™, a non-surgical medical device created to treat chronic cervical conditions. The DRX9500™ is a stand-alone system with an integrated bed that provides a comprehensive approach to relieving neck (cervical) pain.
With the DRX9500™, healthcare providers can treat patients’ neck pain caused by:
Degenerative disc disease
At Axiom Worldwide, we created the DRX9000 True Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression System™ to assist healthcare providers in their effort to treat back pain conditions. The DRX9000 True Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression System™ provides a primary treatment modality for the management of pain and disability for patients suffering with incapacitating low back pain and sciatica. The DRX9000 is designed to provide pain relief for compressive and degenerative injuries of the spine. Through the application of spinal decompressive forces to these injuries, the DRX9000™ has given patients relief from back pain and has allowed them to resume the activities they love.
Since its inception, Axiom Worldwide’s DRX9000™ has shown promising anecdotal results in treating back pain caused by herniated discs, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, and facet syndrome. In response to these encouraging results, Axiom Worldwide established an International Medical Advisory Board in April 2006 to provide guidance on Axiom’s current and emerging technologies and their application in treating back pain. In addition, the International Medical Advisory Board is instrumental in developing and implementing short and long term clinical trials. The goal is to augment the current understanding of how to best treat chronic back pain and determine how the Axiom Protocols should be used in everyday practice for these patients.
